Nonchalant Circle

A quality piece keeps its value over time.

Nonchalant Circle is a programme for selected products purchased from Nonchalant. If, in the future, a marked piece no longer fits your wardrobe, it can return to circulation — either through an immediate buyback in store credit, or through a sale via Nonchalant Circle with a higher return.

The programme applies only to products marked as Nonchalant Circle. It is not an open buyback service or a general consignment programme.

Faster option

Immediate buyback

Suitable for customers who want to offer a selected piece back quickly and receive its value as store credit for a future purchase.

up to 30% as store credit

available only for products marked as Nonchalant Circle,
can be assessed no earlier than 12 months after purchase,
and no later than 36 months after purchase,
the credit value depends on condition, seasonality and resale potential,
store credit can only be used for future purchases at Nonchalant,
store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Higher return

Sale through Nonchalant Circle

Suitable for customers who prefer a higher return and do not mind waiting until the piece is successfully sold.

45% by bank transfer

55% as store credit

available only for products marked as Nonchalant Circle,
may be assessed individually from 6 months after purchase,
the customer’s share is calculated from the final achieved selling price,
payment or store credit is issued only after the sale is completed,
meaning after the new customer’s return period has expired,
pre-owned pieces resold through Nonchalant include a 12-month warranty.

How a sale through Nonchalant Circle works

Product verification

We first verify that the product was purchased from Nonchalant and marked as part of the Nonchalant Circle programme.

Condition assessment

We assess the condition, material, seasonality, original price and current resale potential of the piece.

Listing the piece

For sales through Nonchalant Circle, we take care of pricing, presentation and the sale itself.

Completion of the sale

The customer’s share is paid or issued as store credit only after the new customer’s return period has expired.
