Is your purchase not quite right? You can start the return process online directly from your order details.

We appreciate your order. However, we understand that the purchased item may not always meet your expectations.

If you decide not to keep the item, you may, as a consumer, withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If you have a customer account

Sign in on the Customer account login page. Open the relevant order in your order history and click the “Return goods within 14 days” button.

If you placed your order without registering

Find your order on the Find your order page. After opening the order details, click the “Return goods within 14 days” button.

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions, including information on where and how to return the goods.

Nonchalant does not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or another product, please place a new order.
